This month we feature our new Help Desk technician, Byron Rodriguez.
Byron is a native of the Dominican Republic but has spent most of his life living right here in Southwest Florida, and even remembers driving past the original AlumniFinder offices back in the early 2000s!
He is a US Navy veteran and holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. Byron brings more than 15 years of Hardware and Software technical experience with him; most recently working as a Systems Support Technician at Word of Life Ministries.
In his spare time, Byron enjoys cooking for his family and working on DIY projects.
